Dr. Ioana Săbăciag

Among the branches of medicine, I chose psychiatry out of curiosity, fascination, and respect for everything the human mind represents – what we already know and what we can tolerate not understanding yet. I believe that a solid foundation of medical knowledge can work very well with patience, empathy, and a touch of creativity, so that each patient becomes more than a case or their diagnosis; they can take their place with dignity and without stigma on a continuum of human experiences, of which I, as a doctor, am grateful to be a part.
