Farcaș Sabina

I am passionate about gaining a deeper understanding of the human being and about how emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships shape our daily lives. My fields of interest include anxiety, depression, personality disorders, eating disorders, as well as the study of interpersonal relationships and relational dynamics, with a focus on how these can influence mental health. I believe that behind every difficulty there is a story worth listening to carefully and understanding in depth. In my work, I create a space where people feel gently welcomed, listened to without hurry, and carefully accompanied in their personal journey. My wish is that every person who enters my office feels truly seen as they are – with everything they bring: worries, hopes, questions, and the desire for self-discovery. I firmly believe that the therapeutic relationship can become a safe place where one can explore emotions and learn to manage them in a way that supports personal growth. For me, the harmony between body and mind is a foundation of wellbeing. When we take care of our body, we build resources for emotional balance, and when we cultivate inner peace, we make better decisions for our physical health. It is a constant dialogue between what we feel, what we think, and what we do – a balance built over time that sustains us in moments of challenge. I chose psychology out of a desire to understand the complexity of the human psyche and to be present with people when they search for meaning or long for change. I believe that mental health is not just the absence of problems but the ability to live authentically, to build relationships that nurture us, and to find balance between our needs and the reality in which we live.
